  1. Step 1: Connect Service Account Delegations

    Configure Google Workspace Domain-Wide Delegation or Microsoft 365 Entra App Registrations with Mail.Read and Files.Read permissions.

  2. Step 2: Run Asynchronous Pre-Sync

    Foxcolab workers replicate historical emails, calendar events, and drive hierarchies in batches, calculating cryptographic SHA-256 integrity hashes for each item.

  3. Step 3: Final Delta Sync & DNS MX Cutover
