Answers & Technical Clarifications

Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about our cryptographic models, client-side enclaves, enterprise migrations, and compliance guarantees.

No. Foxcolab enforces mathematical zero-knowledge privacy. All message payloads, documents, note cells, and file attachments are encrypted client-side using keys derived from your Master Identity Key (Argon2id). Our cloud servers and database nodes store only ciphertext. System administrators possess management rights over session lifecycle and device enrollment, but hold zero decryption capability over user data.

Never. It is architecturally impossible for us to scan or ingest your private files, email bodies, or meeting transcripts because our servers never receive plaintext. We do not participate in telemetry scraping or LLM training on enterprise user payloads.
