Technical Architecture & Threat Model
Whether gathering candidate CVs, expense receipts, or design portfolios, collecting attachments securely is essential. Foxcolab Forms includes a dedicated File Upload question type. Restrict accepted file formats (PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG), set maximum file size thresholds (up to 50MB), and store all incoming files in your zero-access cloud drive vault.
Standard online form builders process user submissions in plaintext on third-party servers. When individuals submit sensitive healthcare questionnaires, whistleblowing allegations, financial disclosures, or customer feedback, those responses are vulnerable to server compromises, employee inspection, and automated data mining. Foxcolab Forms eliminates this exposure using client-side pre-submission encryption. Responses are encrypted directly in the respondent's web browser using the form creator's public key, ensuring that only the authorized recipient can decrypt and read the submitted answers.
Zero Content Leakage Boundary
Under Foxcolab security architecture, administrative visibility never equals content visibility. No messages, documents, spreadsheets, recordings, or intake answers are ever logged, analyzed for advertising, or accessible to infrastructure operators. Keys remain strictly isolated on authorized endpoints.
