At Foxcolab, you are always in control. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. No questions asked.
Once processed, your account cannot be recovered. All your end-to-end encrypted chats, media, and collaboration data will be mathematically erased from our servers in accordance with our security protocols.
Profile & Identity
Your F-Number, name, and registered mobile number.
Messages & Media
All encrypted chats, voice notes, and shared files.
Spaces & Groups
Your membership and activity in all Foxcolab spaces.
Cloud Services
Polls, forms, feeds, and todo lists created by you.
To prevent fraud and maintain system integrity, some metadata may be retained in secure logs for up to 30 days. After this grace period, your data is fully purged and irrecoverable.
This includes backup layers which are automatically purged within 7 days.
Step 1
Open Foxcolab App
Navigate to your profile on your primary device.
Step 2
Enter Settings
Go to Account Settings → Security & Privacy.
Step 3
Approve Erasure
Tap 'Delete My Account' and confirm your choice.
Step 4
Final Purge
Account deactivated immediately; data purged within 30 days.
